How to Place an Order

We sell used heavy equipment to buyers across the United States.

Orders can be placed through our website. After you submit an order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm availability, review your delivery or pickup preference, and issue the invoice/purchase agreement (if applicable). If you need help at any stage, please contact us.

Step-by-Step Ordering Guide

1. Create an account on our website Register Now
Creating an account helps you track orders and view invoices and order updates.

2. Browse inventory and select the equipment you want. Each listing includes specifications and photos. If you need additional photos or details, request them before ordering.

3. Open the product page, click Order, and choose your preferred delivery/pickup option and payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank wire transfer as shown at checkout and/or on the invoice).

Editing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been scheduled for dispatch, we can cancel it so you can submit a corrected order.

Please note:

Equipment is released for pickup or shipping only after payment has been received in full and cleared, and the order is confirmed.

Delivery & Pickup Options

Order Confirmation: We confirm availability and next steps after your order is submitted.
Shipping Quotes: Shipping depends on route, equipment size/weight, and trailer type. Final quotes are confirmed before dispatch.
Loading & Documentation: Units are secured for transport and shipment details are provided as available.
